He has served as both project engineer and manager on a variety of projects, including roadway and heavy highway design; hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) evaluations; stormwater management; dam rehabilitations and removals; and coal combustion residual (CCR) for multiple power industry clients.
“Steve brings an extensive and diverse career in heavy civil engineering projects to our team,” said Bradley Parlato, P.E., Vice President and Central Region Operations Manager at GEI. “His experience with design and analysis of industrial storm water management, dams, landfills, coal ash, and other projects with an H&H and environmental focus will add key design capabilities to our team and allow us to better deliver for our clients in Ohio.”

He has also managed several CCR pond closures, landfill projects, and dam-related initiatives for power clients, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, and private stakeholders.
“GEI offers an excellent opportunity for me to apply my skills and broaden my experience, particularly in river restoration work, dam assessments, rehabilitations, and removals, as well as projects focused on improving storm water quality,” says Steve. “I hope to help the team grow the practice in Ohio while fostering relationships with client and stakeholders.”
