Steve Walker, P.E.

Mr. Walker is a highly experienced Professional Engineer with more than 26 years in consulting engineering, specializing in a diverse range of civil engineering disciplines. Throughout his career, he has served as both project engineer and manager on a wide variety of projects, including roadway and heavy highway design, hydrologic and hydraulic evaluations, stormwater management, dam rehabilitations and removals, and coal combustion residual (CCR) projects for multiple power industry clients.

He has led the design and construction management of large-scale transportation projects for the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Ohio Turnpike, as well as managed several CCR pond closures, landfill projects, and dam-related initiatives for power clients, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, and private stakeholders.

He has extensive experience in developing comprehensive construction plans, specifications, and bid documents. Steve is skilled in producing detailed design reports and coordinating cross-disciplinary calculations. He is also proficient in performing design calculations independently. His leadership experience includes managing teams and overseeing staff, having previously served as a team leader in his prior role.

Steve received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and is licensed in Ohio, Virginia, Colorado, and Louisiana.
