Neeraj Ghai

Neeraj Ghai is an Environmental Construction Manager in GEI’s Boston, MA office. Neeraj brings more than 28 years’ experience in environmental remediation, project management, remedial design engineering, construction management, and construction implementation oversight on multiple projects for federal, state, municipal, energy, industrial, and commercial clients across the US.

The executed projects have included a wide variety of remedial activities such as facility decommissioning/demolition and abatement of coal fired power plants, hazardous waste management, MGP remediation, landfill excavation and capping, and environmental remediation (upland and sediment) and restoration under RCRA, CERCLA, and TSCA programs. Mr. Ghai has successfully completed small, mid-size, and complex remediation construction projects throughout the U.S. and internationally up to $10 million budget.

Neeraj’s construction expertise includes constructability reviews, cost estimating, procurement support, contract/subcontract negotiation, risk evaluation/mitigation, project controls (schedule & cost), stakeholder management and conflict resolution.

Neeraj holds an MBA from Northeastern University, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering, minor in Environmental Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
